Les catifes s'han utilitzat al llarg de la història per a representar en elles simbologies geomètriques i dibuixos simbòlics pertanyents a la identitat d'un poble o regió. 

 

En aquesta catifa he volgut representar llengües que surten de boques i mans tacades de sang en cercle, fent al·lusió al cicle menstrual i a la masturbació. Creant així també un espai on anar al bosc i buscar un lloc on habitar-lo.

Carpets have been used throughout history to represent geometric and linear symbols belonging to the identity of a town or region.

 

In this rug I wanted to represent tongues sticking out of blood-stained mouths and hands in a circle, alluding to the menstrual cycle and masturbation. Creating a space where to go to the forest to look for a place and inhabit it.
